We help participants to experience reform of physical range and mobility, improved fitness and physical capacity through sustainable lifestyle modifications.
We are located in Brisbane and currently service the following areas: Eastern, Southern, Northern and Inner Regions and offer studio or mobile training.
For our new NDIS clients, we recommend the 60 minute initial consultation. We understand that entering into fitness training can be overwhelming, which is why we commence all new clients with our exercise physiologist Jackson Cockerill who conducts a thorough physical assessment and provides a sustainable fitness training program for all.
The benefits of exercise in decreasing symptoms of affective disorders is well established and exercise also positively impacts conditions frequently comorbid (i.e. anxiety, pain, and insomnia). A regular exercise program through personal training can also improve sleep, energy, self-esteem and resilience.
Personal training has been successful in assisting many clients with chronic health conditions to form a regular exercise routine. Chronic conditions that we’ve had success in working with include: ASD, Affective Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and Heart Diseases.
