Many exercise programs and classes do not cater for people who require special needs training nor do they have the expertise to develop programs specifically designed for these people who have physical or mental restrictions. At Fitness Forever, one of our most important underlying philosophies is that everyone has the right to experience exercise and lead a healthy life. Whatever your needs, we believe everyone can benefit from specialised training sessions. If you’re not registered with the NDIS, contact us to enquire about how we can assist you.
